Agency Agreement

Piolo Pascual agrees to hire Paula Pascual as the exclusive sales agent for a parcel of land. As sales agent, Paula will have the sole right to sell the land, which is listed at a minimum price of 1,000,000 pesos. If Paula succeeds in selling the land, Piolo agrees to pay her a 10% commission on the listed price and a 5% fee on any downpayment. SALES AGENCY AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT, made and executed this 8th day of February, 2016,
in Tacloban City, Philippines, by and between -PIOLO PASCUAL, of legal age, single and with residence at 50, Real St.
Tacloban City, hereinafter called the PRINCIPAL
and
PAULA PASCUAL, of legal age, single and with residence at Blk. 2 Lot 9,
Kassel Homes, Tacloban City, hereinafter called the SALES AGENT
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL is the registered owner in free simple of that
certain tract of land situated in Brgy. Calanipawan road, Tacloban City,
covered by Original/Transfer Certificate of Title No. 98-0823-0389 issued by
the Register of Deeds of Tacloban City, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lot no. 435 of the Cadastral Survey of Tacloban City,
bounded on the NE by lot no. 789; SE by lot no. 876, SW by
lot no 578 and on the NW by lot no. 987, originally
containing ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY
SEVEN SQUARE METER (1337)
WHEREAS, the said PRINCIPAL has offered and the SALES AGENT has
accepted the exclusive right to undertake the sale and management of said
land, subject to the terms and conditions hereunder stipulated;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,
the parties hereto have voluntarily agreed and covenanted as follows:
1. That the above-mentioned lot is now made available for sale shall be
sold by the SALES AGENT at the price of not less than P1,000,000.00
2. That when the above-mentioned lot be sold by SALES AGENT, the
PRINCIPAL agrees to pay the former a sale commission of 10% of
P1,000,000.00 and a Sales Fee of 5% of the downpayment

3. That in case of cancellation of any Contract to Sell for failure on the


part of the purchaser to pay, any resale by the SALES AGENT of the
same lot shall entitle him to the same commission and fee provided in
the next preceding paragraph.
4. And that this AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the Parties as well as
upon their respective successors and assigns, and shall be considered
as it is hereby considered an agency coupled with interest.

hands at the place first above written on this day of February 8, 2016
