Re: Proposal to settle client's debt in full


We write on behalf of our client , particularly in relation to the compromise
agreement she struck with your client ______________________.

I have been through difficult times with my personal finances. As a result, I haven't been
able to make payments on my debts. However, I am now in a better position to take care
of my debt with your company. Our client is sincerely trying to settle this debt and to pay
it off as fast as I can.
The amount that I propose to pay in order to settle the debt is full is $.I also request that
you remove any negative entries from my credit report. Additionally, I request that you
remove any late payments or charge-off on this account from my credit report and for
your client to observe the original terms of the compromise agreement, i.e. withdrawal of
the case she filed against her.
I really appreciate your willingness to help me resolve this issue.
If you find my terms and conditions acceptable, please sign the attached agreement and
send a copy to our office. Once we receive the copy signed and acknowledged by you, I
shall send you a money order in the amount stated above.
