This document summarizes the parameters and configuration options of a space vector PWM VSI induction motor drive block in Simulink. It can output variables on multiple buses or a single bus. Mechanicalinput
Selectbetweentheloadtorque,themotorspeedandthemechanicalrotationalportasmechanicalinput.Ifyouselectandapplyaloadtorque,theoutputisthemotorspeed

Forthemechanicalrotationalport,theconnectionportScountsforthemechanicalinputandoutput.ItallowsadirectconnectiontotheSimscapeenvironment.The
mechanicalsystemofthemotorisalsoincludedinthedriveandisbasedonthesamedifferentialequation.
Ifyouselectthemotorspeedasmechanicalinput,thenyougettheelectromagnetictorqueasoutput,allowingyoutorepresentexternallythemechanicalsystemdynamics.
Theinternalmechanicalsystemisnotusedwiththismechanicalinputselectionandtheinertiaandviscousfrictionparametersarenotdisplayed.
