I shouldnt be on SAP.. Registrar must have miss calculated.

SAP hold due to hours but student is pursuing 2 nd bachelors degree. System
is adding hours from previous bachelors degree and thinks shes failing 90%
of her classes.

Pell offer for 15/16 was reduced a LOT by system packaging but EFC is still 0.
Student not at Pell limit or loan aggregate limit. Student had recently
completed FAVFDE but needed correction from FAFSA.

For 15/16, Parent 2 W2 Is initiated on to-do list but we have both the 2013
and the 2014 W2s on NOLIJ in the students file.

I didnt know I had to do my To Do List to get my money for summer. I

called up here so many times and no one told me I had to turn it in. I saw it
there, but I didnt know I had to turn it in. (Student received 13 email
notifications about the documents.)

I just missed a call, what was that for? (Student needs to complete to do
list.)

Student called about document he turned in on 7/9, and wants to know why it
was still on his to do list? Didnt tell student it takes 7-10 days to process. He
said he was told it would be reviewed and his aid wouldve disbursed 7/14.
However, in todays meeting CBA indicated they couldnt see letters submitted
sometimes, because data entry adds the documents into the students files on
NOLIJ.

What is the status of my SAP appeal?

We really need some sort of system set up where students are notified when their
appeal is approved or denied.

Early disbursement FAQ

Student that was eligible at the time of Census and dropped hours
a Example: 6 hours A/B/F and dropped below 6 hrs.

Student eligible and enrolled full summer session, then changed enrollment
session (COA adjusted)
b Example: 6 or more hours with COA at 10,885 and changed sessions,
decreasing COA to 5.968.

Student changed session hours but still enrolled in Census hours (received all
aid)
c Example: 9 hours A/B session dropped 3 hrs. and added 3 hrs. to C

Why am I on Account Receivable?

were placed on a/r automatically, but the a/r charge is not valid and
loan staff is reviewing the aggregate and re-awarding the summer
loans.)

LECF and MPN was already done but not in our system.

I used the Data Retrieval Tool, why are you still asking for taxes? Will this
impact me for fall, you gave us a deadline and I want to make sure my fall aid
is not delayed. (isir completeness has not run yet, these issues will be
resolve with that job run)

I did my Loan entrance counseling, but have not received funds, when can I
expect payment? (Travis reported case to loans today. LECF completed in our
system, but no LECF on COD)

Why didnt I get a FSAG, I have always received this grant? (We have seen an
increased number of students requesting FSAG, we have not keep the empl
i.d., we told students funds were depleted, however, we are reporting this in
case there is a cause for concern)

I submitted a hardship letter requesting additional funds, when will these be

reviewed? (Hardship letters have been submitted to Coressa and/or Etheria
for review)

I called and asked to be placed on the work-study wait list, when will I know if
I receive work-study?

I submitted a Special Circumstance, when I will be notified of the awards?

(Advised of time frame for review and that verification specialist will contact
the student upon completion of review. Staff says that some SPECS were
approved, but student/ parent had not received a notification of the approval
or impact to file.)

When will I hear about the outcome of my SAP appeal and how will I be
notified? Will I be notified before fall starts?

I submitted a loan request form but have not heard if it was processed. (No
notification to students currently scheduled to inform of award revisions)

I have bright futures but it is not showing up at FSU, why? (Students without
isir and with isirs are calling because we dont have the bright futures
awarded for 14/15. No examples because reps know systems will pull in this
info, advised student to keep check file)

I earned all my hours for 13/14 why did I lose bright futures due to hours and
cannot restore?

I repaid FSU for my bright futures when I dropped my classes in fall or spring,
why have I lost my scholarship?

When will OFA foundation scholarships be awarded? I was told to check back
in JULY.

I got an e-mail saying I require verification documents but the only thing on
my To Do List is the LECF/MPN and I am not taking out loans

I completed the IRS data retrieval but the To Do List is still requesting the
PTAX/STAX. How long before its updated if they completed it 1 to 2 weeks

I applied for PLUS loan in June but no award is listed on the awards portal (3
students)

I had the FSUG but now its gone (both students that called had an EFC higher
than the COA; they were awarded the FSUG in April and BF posted in June)
