UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Edward S. WATSON, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 91-7542.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted June 19, 1991.
Decided July 30, 1991.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland,
at Baltimore. John R. Hargrove, District Judge. (CR-88-428-HAR)
Edward S. Watson, appellant pro se.
David Paul King, Office of the United States Attorney, Baltimore, Md.,
for appellee.
D.Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before PHILLIPS, MURNAGHAN and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.
OPINION
PER CURIAM:

Edward S. Watson appeals from the district court's order denying his "Motion
for Correction of Illegal Sentence," which he filed pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P.
35(a). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that

this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the

district court. United States v. Watson, CR-88-428-HAR (D.Md. Mar. 4, 1991).
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not
aid the decisional process.
