Joseph M. PULLEY, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Perlina HAYWOOD; Pearl Davis, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 86-6754.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Oct. 27, 1986.
Decided Nov. 26, 1986.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
North Carolina, at Raleigh. Franklin T. Dupree, Jr., Senior District Judge.
(C/A No. 86-627-CRT)
Joseph M. Pulley, appellant pro se.
E.D.N.C.
AFFIRMED.
Before RUSSELL, PHILLIPS and ERVIN, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:

A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal
from that Court's order dismissing this suit for lack of subject matter
jurisdiction is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been
decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the
judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Pulley v. Haywood, C/A
No. 86-627-CRT (E.D.N.C., July 22, 1986).

AFFIRMED.
