Introduction
CSC e-Governance Services India Limited has started skill development training program in
Computer Aided Design in collaboration with SIEMENS Industry Software (India) Pvt. Ltd.
The purpose of this course is to train the candidate in Computer Aided Design, so that
he/she can create precision drawings and/or technical illustrations to solve design
problems of Industry. The training under this service is provided online.
CSC e-Governance Services India Limited
CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (CSC SPV), is
strategically positioned to conduct training and monitoring of this program across the
country at CSC SPV centers. The CSC SPV has the responsibility to provide the desired
support in registration and learning of beneficiaries, conducting workshops, publicity of
training program, providing feedback and so on.
SIEMENS Industry Software (India) Private Limited
SIEMENS Industry Software (India) Pvt. Ltd. has the responsibility to provide the desired
support in providing CAD material, generation of licenses, certification and so on.
Target Population
The training program includes candidates from all categories; this training is for architects,
engineers, drafts man, and students from design domain. Candidate has to pay 100% fee of
this training course.

Implementation Process
1. Training Program Guidelines have been sent to all the State Anchors for necessary
action.
2. Publicity & Outreach of Training Program for VLEs engagement: The training
program will be promoted in VLEs community using various marketing tools such
as state & district level workshops, promotion through Apna CSC website,
advertisements, banners, bulk SMS & Whats App messages, Pamphlets, e-mailers to
our 1.5 Lacs VLEs and through Social Media Promotions.
3. Identification of CSCs: All CSCs are eligible for becoming a training center under
this training program. The CSCs should have proper infrastructure to conduct CAD
training. All computers and laptops should have Windows 7, 8 (32 bit/64 bit) as
operating system, power backup, Internet connectivity (more than 1 mbps), Head
Phones, Web Cam, Printer and Biometric Device. The CSCs can register themselves
for the training program through APNA CSC.
4. Master Training of VLEs: Master trainer of CSC SPV will train all VLEs interested in
this training program. Mode of this training will be through workshops in the States
and live webinars.
5. Participant Details to be provided by VLEs: VLEs will provide details of number
of participants to CSC SPV. CSC SPV will provide the Content of the Training, Course
Module/s, No. of Participants and Duration of course and detail of trainer to SPLM
(SIEMENS Product Lifecycle Management Team).
6. Registration of Candidates and Fee Payment at CSCs: Registration of candidates
will be through APNA CSC portal. A candidate has to pay full fee of one module
during registration to the VLE. After registration, VLEs wallet will be deducted as
per course fee. The registration is open to candidates who have Aadhaar number as
well as those who do not have Aadhaar.
7. Training of Candidates at CSCs: Training centers will train the candidates as per
module for specified duration using the CAD study material available online.
8. Provide Candidate Feedback, Candidate Detail, Module Start and End Date:
VLEs of CSC SPV provide candidates feedback by filling online feedback form. CSC
SPV will forward candidate feedback of CAD training, candidate detail with module
beginning and end date to SIEMENS SPLM team.
9. Payments to SPLM: CSC SPV will pay SIEMENS share as per number of candidates
participated in training program on a monthly basis.
10. Request for Certificates: On the basis of feedback given by the candidate after
training, CSC SPV will request SIEMENS for generation of CAD training certificate.

11. Receive Certificates from SPLM: SPLM will send certificates in hard copy to CSC eGovernance Services India Limited at the registered office:

12. Give Certificate to Candidates: CSC SPV will distribute the certificates to successful
candidates at the centers.
