Book Printing Instructions

1) To print booklets in InDesign, set up a document with a number of pages that is a multiple of four. Set page size and columns as needed for layout. 2) When ready to print, use the "Print Booklet" command to arrange pages in the correct order for binding. The preview function shows how pages will print. 3) In the print settings, select the correct printer, paper size, and print options like two-sided printing and crop marks. Printing booklets arranges pages so that binding brings them in the proper reading order.
