Participated from different tribes of Baguio are all dressed in their colorful
costumes

Guling- Guling Festival


Is celebrated in Paoay, Ilocos Norte the day prior to Ash Wednesday with a

grand party on the streets

And the ladies are in their abel kimono and pandiling

MassKara Festival
Is celebrated in Bacolod every third weekend of October or on the closest

weekend of October to commemorate the founding anniversary of the city
