This document summarizes the results of user acceptance testing (UAT) conducted to determine if the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) website is accessible and functioning properly using the newer Internet Explorer version 11 browser. The tests confirmed that key website features currently used by the BIR's Bureau of Domestic and International Tax Operations (BDOI) unit worked as expected in Internet Explorer 11. While some regression and performance tests were waived due to the limited scope of validating the existing functionality, the UAT was signed off by representatives from BDOI and IT to approve the planned browser upgrade from version 8 to 11.
