Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from the position of autocad
operator in Engineering Department at Stateland Incorporated.
Even though this has been a tough decision to make, I have been offered an
opportunity that I suppose will help me grow professionally. I hope you will
comprehend my reasons for moving on.
As per the terms of my employment contract, I will continue to work for the
company for the next 16 days, completing my employment on September 30, 2016. If
there are any areas in particular you would like me to focus on during my notice
period, please let me know.
I value the opportunities you give to me during my tenure here and the
professional guidance, personal development and support provide by the seniors. I am
obliged to the company and wish you all the best in future accomplishments.
