Getting Started: Open the Project


The project is optimized for After Effects CC, CS6, and CS5.5. In the project panel, you will see
four folders:

You only need to worry about the Letters, Numbers, and Punctuation folders.
Letters: All 26 Letters of the alphabet.
Numbers: All single digit numbers 0
9.
Punctuation: 7 basic animated punctuation marks.

Using the Template


Simply drag each respective characters composition down into a new master composition.
Because of the way After Effects processes nested compositions, you can bring down as many
compositions as you like into the master composition.
After you have brought down the compositions, you can now scale each letter and move them
into the appropriate location. Each letter composition can be adjusted and modified like any
other layer in After Effects, so feel free to mess around with color, stylization, and motion blurs.
Note: You can open the animated font template in another After Effects template.
