Theory of Structures-II (Course Outline)

This document outlines a course on analyzing statically indeterminate structures. The course introduces displacement methods including slope deflection, moment distribution, and Kani's method. Students will learn to analyze beams, trusses and frames using stiffness and flexibility matrix methods. They will also develop influence line diagrams for indeterminate structures. The course is taught over 15 weeks and covers these topics in 3 chapters. Students will be evaluated based on assignments, a midterm, and a final exam. An attendance of 85% is required to pass.
