pakilagay na lang yung mga parts sa isang room.

1 monitor sira

I: reinah, we will have a seminar tomorrow about OHS,
and I would like you to inform every employees about

I: good morning everyone. The reason why I gathered
all of you in this kind of seminar is para always tayong
aware of the OHS procedure everytime may
naeencounter tayong mga hazards.

Bago tayo magsimula , gusto ko lang magpasalamt sa


pagpunta ditto, alam kong busy tayong lahat pero still
we able to conduct for this kind of seminar. Okay
Unang una sa lahat ano nga baa ng OHS, ohs stands
for occupational health and safety. Ito yung mga
legislation, policies, procedures or activities that is
aiming to protect the health, safety at yung welfare ng
lahat ng tao sa isang workplace.
Merong 12 policies and procedure and Occupational
health and safety,
ang una dyan ay do not work along so that theres
someone who can take care of you in case of
emergency, simpleng simple. Ibig sabihin hindi
pwedeng magisa kang magtatrabaho sa isang
workplace area. Well, wala naman sa batas na bawal
magtrabaho magisa, but OHS has responsibilities for
that na kailangan iapply. For example, kailangan mong
ayusin yung pc, and di inaasahan nakuryente ka,
sinong magfirst aid sayo? Wala. Kaya much better if
may kasama ka.
Pangalawa, always power off the computer and
unplug the computer before working on it. That is
really important. Kasi once we turn off the power of
the computer next is to unplug cables kasi merong
some parts ng computer na still eh may power pa or
excess electricity kaya for us to make sure eh

kailangan nating inunplug ang power cable sa pc. If


not, your pc may burn or you get electrocuted.
Pangatlo, Take away any liquid near your working area to
avoid getting electrocuted or accidentally damaging computer
parts. syempre alam naman nating delikado ang any liquids
near our computers, bakit? Kasi once na nabuhusan ng liquid
ang yong laptop or computer in just a minute maaaring
magpower down sya kasi Water causes short circuits
when electricity is flowing.
Pangapat, be careful with tools that may cause short circuit
Panglima, always ground or discharge yourself before
touching any part of computer, there are ways to avoid this by
wearing a wristband, discharger, altering your cord,
or even wearing different clothes.
Panganim, do not use excessive force if things dont
quite slip into place. Hindi naman natin talaga
kailangan pilitin ang mga bagay na hindi naman
talaga pwede. I mean, kapag kunwari magtatanggal
ka ng parts ng pc, and ayaw matanggal for example
yung hard drive, at pinipilit mo pang tanggalan,
masisira talaga sya kasi theres a proper or standard
way para matanggal sya
Pangpito, clean the area before and after using it to
maintain sanitation and prevent accidents. May mga
scenarios kasi na halimbawa yung mga screw na

nalalaglag sa floor and accidentally nating


natatapakan, magcocause talaga sya ng accident
Pangwalo, hold the components on the edges and do
not touch the integrated circuit parts. For example na
lang dyan, is yung ram, wag talaga nating hawakan
dun sa integrated circuit parts yung body nya na may
maliliit na pins
Pangsiyam, always wear protective equipment in
accordance with the organizations OHS procedures
and practices. Sa computer lab Personal Protective
Equipment is provided this includes safety glasses,
safety shoes, gloves, ear defenders - and must be
worn when and where required.
Pangsampo, make sure that the pins are properly aligned when
connecting a cable connector. Kailangan kasi nating isakto muna
yung pins bago natin isasaksak sya sa designated cable connector
kasi once na hindi magmatch at pinilit mo masisira lang yung pin
and hindi na mgagamit pa yung cable.
Panglabing isa, contingency measures during
workplace accidents, fire and other emergencies are
recognized. For example fire emergency. Sa isang
company, there will always be a fire drill anually,
employees should be aware of dos and dont when
there is a fire or explosion happened. Alam din dapat
ng employees ang evacuation plans, alarm systems
reporting procedures for
personnel, shutdown procedures, and types of potential
emergencies.

Panglabing dalawa, use brush, compressed air or


blower in cleaning the computer system. A dirty PC
could crash at any time. Nahihirapan kasing huminga,
but not literally, yung computer kapag maraming
alikabok so ang mga tools na kailangan to remove
dirts are, compressed air and a soft brush
