Osteoporose is currently considered a serious problem of public health of the world.
This study the respect of this pathology is a brought up to date revision, that possesss high tax of related morbimortalidade the breakings. They are I coat its concept, incidence, factors of risk, diagnosis and treatment, emphasizing the importance of the physical activity in its prevention. In this work on the benefits of the work of muscular force in aged, one mainly understands that the people of the third age must search an improvement in its quality of life with the perfect junction of the balanced feeding, medicines when necessary and the physical activity being the work of muscular force. The appearance of this illness, in the case osteoporose, properly does not have to the aging, but being able to be also for genetic factor, bad habits of life, as sedentary, incorrect feeding and also the extreme medicine use to the base of cortizol. Despite osteoporose not having cure, the work of muscular force and an adjusted treatment, the force, the osseous density can be increased, thus preventing the fall proceeding from the loss of balance and the osseous weakness becoming a person with an auto one they esteem satisfactory and independent.
