ABSTRACT
This report is about A&F Solutions. It is a newly growing company in the field of Software &
web Development. This report covers the history of the company, introduction to the
organization, its background, role and functions of organization, its core values, and
miscellaneous topics related to Finance department of A&F Solutions.
The data collection was an exhaustive process and interviews with some employees and
observation methods were used.
Financial Vertical, Horizontal and Ratio analysis has been made and also analysis of
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats has been done.
Finally it is concluded that the Company is functioning in a proper manner.

In performing my internship, it's a successful one I had to take the help and guideline of some

Executive Summary
The A&F Solutions is a software development company located in Abbottabad. It was
founded in 2008 with the aim of supplying high quality software products and services to its
customers nationally and internationally.
The A&F Solutions is an Application and Service provider for the Telecom, Financial
and Enterprise markets. We specialize in Human Resource Applications and Mobile
Applications and are also widely recognized for its reliable offshore/outsourcing capabilities.
A&F Solutions is a dynamic organization in the field of software and web
development. A&F is struggling to introduce different technological developments in
education sector. In this regards A&F targeted medical-education institutions and developed
management information system for WMC in 2009 which was a great achievement, ministry
of law Islamabad. After that A&F developed consoles for different institutions and
organizations.
In 2011 A&F Solutions started a unique project for standard education system named
SCHOOLBOOK and SCHOOLBOOK was completed in March 2014. After analyzing all
the modules and operations relating to the efficiency and effectiveness of SCHOOLBOOK,
A&F Solutions presented it to the educational institutions of Abbottabad on 25th Sep 2014.
There are six chapters in the report covering all the aspects of the finance in the A&F
Solutions Software Company.
In the first chapter Introduction to reportincludes introduction, background,
objectives, methodology and limitation for the covering of this report
In the Second chapter Introduction to Company includes about the companys
historical background their mission, vision statements and also their primary values, strategic
planning and quality management frame work of the company.
