COCKTAIL
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 ozSimple syrup (one part water, one part
sugar)
1.5 oz Gin
Club soda
Garnish:
Lemon wheel
Cherry

Highball or Collins
HOW TO MAKE THE TOM COLLINS
COCKTAIL
Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and gin to a
shaker and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into a highball or Collins
glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon
wheel and a cherry.

INGREDIENTS IN THE MARGARITA COCKTAIL
.75 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz Cointreau, triple sec, or another orange
liqueur
1.5 oz Blanco tequila
Kosher salt (optional)
Garnish:
1 Lime wheel
Glass: Cocktail or rocks
HOW TO MAKE THE MARGARITA COCKTAIL
Add the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail
glass or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
For a slightly sweeter drink, add a dash of
agave syrup (one part water, two parts agave
nectar) before shaking.)

Blend/frozen

1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine

2 oz. (60ml) Orange Juice

2 oz. (60ml) Light Rum

1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao

An orange slice for decoration


Method
Start with the grenadine for the first layer. Add
some ice cubes and pour the orange juice over
a bar spoon and be careful, so that they won't
mix. In another glass mix the Blue Curacao and
the rum. Pour the blue mix as a new layer over
your cocktail. Garnish with orange slice.

INGREDIENTS IN THE PIA COLADA COCKTAIL


1.5 oz Light or gold rum
2 oz Coconut milk
2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
Garnish:
Cherry
Pineapple wedge
Glass:
Hurricane
HOW TO MAKE THE PIA COLADA
COCKTAIL
Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice.
Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge.

INGREDIENTS IN THE B-52 COCKTAIL

2 oz vodka
1 oz vermouth
3 olives in a toothpick for garnish

.33 oz Kahlua
.33 oz Baileys
.33 oz light rum

1. Chill the martini glass. Combine vodka


and dry vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass.
Fill with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a
chilled martini glass.
2. Garnish with three olives on a toothpick.
