Remove existing layer of roof to the deck and Haul away all trash
Re-nail entire deck with 8d nails up to required Hurricane Mitigation code. Sweep Clean.
Install 2 layers Miami Dade approved synthetic underlayment lapped and nailed to code
Install GAF Timberline 50 year Architectural shingles
Install 6 Painted Eave drip around perimeter of home. (color TBD)
Install Cobra Ridge Vents
Install new lead boot vents
Install Leak barrier in all prone areas- (Valleys, vents, boots etc)
Install 2 ply Polyglass Modified Bitumen system on low slope roof. Polyglass SA Base and SA Cap
Clean up and Haul away all trash, magnetically sweep the entire job site.
Permit and dump fees included.
Note* Rotten Wood discovered will be an additional cost (if any). $49.00 per sheet for plywood and $4.00 a Linear
Foot for dimensional lumber. ( The first 20 ft. of rotten wood replacement is included )
