Character Counts-Citizenship!
Every two months HBCP will focus on one of the character traits for the
Character Counts program to build character and positivity amongst our
scholars. Over the last couple of months (August-September) our scholars have
been learning about the Character Counts pillar Citizenship. Scholars learned
about citizenship within the classroom, our school, and in the community.
Teacher Leaders will send me a list of scholars who should earn an award for
being a great citizen during the months of August and September. Each scholar
will receive a Citizenship award and Hardy Bucks! If you see an award come
home with your scholar, please congratulate them for a job well done. The next
Character Counts pillar we will focus on for the months of October-December is
Respect.
