How to unzip UNL VM and get importable VM ware ova file


1. Download ALL files from given mega link.
2. Install 7-zip.org tool if such not installed before.

3. Use MD5_and_SHA_Checksum_Utility.exe to verify if your all zip archive files are


downloaded properly and match MD5 checksums in provided file.
a) Run MD5_and_SHA_Checksum_Utility.exe
b) Leave checked only MD5
c) Choose first downloaded UNL Lite 1.0.0-X.7z.001 file
d) After check-up calculation process finished, open provided Files Checksums.txt and
verify if checksum in file match with your calculated MD5 checksum, it MUST MATCH!
e) Do it to for all downloaded 5 archive files to check MD5 checksums, if all files match
checksum, you are ready for next step.
f) If some of files does not match MD5, you have to re-download this file again.

4. Right click on FIRST archive file UNL Lite 1.0.0-X.7z.001 and choose 7-Zip->extract here.

5. It will ask you enter the password, enter it from site where you downloaded UNL Lite.

6. 7-Zip WILL automatically extract all 5 archive files. YOU NEED NOT unzip any other of
files from 002-005.
7. After archive unzip completes, you will see new file UNL Lite 1.0.0-X.ova, it will be about
7G large.

8. Last step is left to verify MD5 or SHA1 checksum for new UNL Lite 1.0.0-X.ova.
Use MD5_and_SHA_Checksum_Utility.exe to verify if your UNL Lite 1.0.0-X.ova match MD5
and SHA1 checksums.
a) Run MD5_and_SHA_Checksum_Utility.exe
b) Leave checked only MD5 and SHA1
c) Choose first downloaded UNL Lite 1.0.0-X.ova file
After check-up calculation process finished, open provided Files Checksums.txt and verify if
checksum in file match with your calculated MD5 and SHA1 checksum, it MUST MATCH!

YOUR UNL ova is ready to import to your VM workstation
