-replacement of pipes, flanged connections and bolts, clean or change the
filters in desalination facility plant

-installation of different types and sizes of pipes, installation of gaskets

and blinds;

-repairing of sulfur conveyor band and guide rollers for loading in ships;
-installation and tested of various equipment and machinery;
-pressurization and leak test of pipe line to operating pressure with inert
gas, checking of integrity of flange joints, line-up of pipe with instruments;
-maintenance of different sizes and types of valves;
-replacement of pipes, flanged connections and bolts;
-change of different types and size of filters;
-preparation the list of necessary materials, tools and other materials
required for the job and propose for approval;
-attend at inspections and tests with client representatives of the installed
works;
-control water level, dampers in boilers fuel supply;

-maintaining the operation of equipment such as boilers, stokers, water

- Removal of underground pipes cut with the help of winches, cranes,

- Cutting and chamfering at ground level sections of 20 "(insert the ground

-Are awarded using a spacer of 4 mm (4 points)
- Preparing the ground related piping isometrics reactor under

- Assembling of metallic (profile I - 60-200mm L - 80-100mm)

wrench.
- Installation of stairs and platforms related reactor crane and hoist (tables
and grills are mounted with screws or bolts 6mm shot in profile).
- Preparing the ground related piping isometrics reactor under.
-Selection of the components of the scheme isometric (sections, elbows,
valves drainage, reducers, flanges)
-Place the pieces in plan using level protractor, ruler, tape, under isometric
and welding
- Install the installation using the crane, winch, race and prepares final
welding.
- Installation of fittings, gaskets.
-preparation for hydraulic test.
- Mounting shafts (nipples, gauges on the 0 and the highest rate of
reactor).

- I have mounted and dismounted manhole covers if was necessary
replacement the filler or indoor cleaning.
- I have replaced gaskets.
- On the system pipes I have mounted and dismounted: valves with the
following types closure: globe valves, gate valves, diaphragm valves. For
these I have performed the following works: I have replaced the worn
fittings, the worn diaphragms, the worn sealings.
For the centrifugal pumps I have performed the following works:
-I have mounted and dismounted couplings pumps;
-I have mounted and dismounted pump rotors;
-I have mounted and dismounted pump bearings;
-I have mounted and dismounted the worn shafts and gaskets;
-I have performed alignment of the pumps.
For the reciprocating dosing pumps I have performed the following works:

-Changing of the mechanical parts worn: gaskets, valves; pump plungers;

change of the filters.
For the heat exchangers, coolers, blowers and fans I have participated
with a team of mechanics at overhauls scheduled: changing gaskets,
isolated broken pipes by fitting of plugs; changing the belts, changing
couplings, changing bearings, changing rotors.
Repairs for centrifugal pumps.
-Maintenance repairs separators.
-checking the pallets, drainage.
-water-checking centrifugal pumps.
-check metering pumps for oil and product.
-checking the accompanying steam piping and insulation of pipe routes.
-checking and repairing vertical centrifugal pumps.
