The ATMOS service concept for the ATMOS scope simplifies


the handling of repairs and provides high availability of your
product.
Only original spare parts are used, these are incorporated in
validated repair processes by our experienced staff.

ATMOS repair steps


In the event of problems we would like to guarantee a smooth and quick repair service, here we
have 4 different repair steps to offer.
Included in the scope of every repair step is disinfection, function control, a check of the electrical
safety acc. to IEC and the final inspection.
Repairs - Step 1
This step applies to slight defects on the video-nasopharyngscope or the control unit.
The price is about 390.
The repair step 1 includes the testing of the nasopharyngoscope, repairs of plugs, sockets, switches
and USB interfaces on the control unit.
Repairs - Step 2
This includes repairs to the cabinet of the control unit (front frame, rear and front foil) or a complete
cabinet exchange as well as a replacement of the circuit board for the galvanic isolation. With the
nasopharyngoscope the service includes the tip control and the exchange of the distal hoses as well
as the repair of the electronic components in the video-nasopharyngoscope.
The price is about 730.
Repairs - Step 3
This consists of repairs to expensive prefabricated parts, like the connecting cable or to the housing
of the video-nasopharyngoscope. For the control unit it includes the exchange of the main board.
The price is about 1340.
Repairs - Step 4
This affects technically complex repairs to expensive parts of the video-nasopharyngscope. This
includes repairs to the fiber optics and to the C-MOS chip, the replacement or the repair of the probe
tube, including the repair of the electronic components on the handle or repairs to the connecting
cable.
The price is about 3800.
