The Complete Solar Power System with nominal standard 48 Volts D.C, capable for
the continuous load of 10 Amps at 110 VAC for the operation of Gas Chromatograph
System.
The System comprising (A) Solar modules of capacity 4000 Watts, (B) Charge
Controller suitable for required Solar Modules and Battery Bank (C) Re-chargeable
GEL type Battery bank of 24 numbers of 100 to 110 AH at 12 VDC (D) Inverter of
capacity 2.5 KVA, 110/220 VAC user switchable and (E) All accessories including
cables, Junction Box, fixtures, fittings etc.
(A) Solar Module:
Modules should be framed photovoltaic Panels, Monocrystalline cells encapsulated
in toughened, low Iron, impact resistant, moisture proof glass laminate mounted in
anodized aluminum frame. The module shall be designed to withstand blowing
sand and dust with no damage to glass in presence of sand materials up to 1mm
in diameter, driven by a sustained 65 km ph winds with gusts to 112 kmph.
Modules shall be adequately protected from damage from temporary localized
shadowing i.e. having by pass diodes and blocking diodes to protect reverse
current during night hours. Solar cells be textured and anti reflective coating be
applied to increase conversion efficiency and low light irradiance
