The second aspect that required attention was reflecting on student learning. Ayesha noted she did not pay close enough attention to time during learning centers and missed the reflection part of the lesson. For next time, she will be more careful watching the clock. Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.
What I did very well was the opening I used. I used taking attendance which is something
students are familiar with, and they know how to do. I was only referring to things and
students were answering, and I didnt talk and let them only listen, I engaged them
because they lead the lesson.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.

Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
Reflecting on students learning. During learning centers, I did not pay attention to the time,
and I missed the time I had to reflect on their learning and close the lesson. I would try to be
more careful while watching the clock so I would not miss any part of the lesson.

Personal focus for next lesson:

-Lesson closing
-Various materials for the students to use and explore the concept.
