Sample Leak Testing Report For Ast Tank

The document summarizes the results of a leak test performed on the bottom and annular welds of an above ground storage tank. The test involved cleaning and preparing the welds, applying a foamy liquid and vacuum box, and observing for bubbles under 300 bar of vacuum pressure for 10 minutes. No bubbles were observed, indicating no leaks. Both the bottom plate and annular plate welds met acceptance criteria and were found to be in acceptable condition as of the date of inspection.
