The attached Purchase Order having been approved, notice is hereby given to
SYNCHROTEK CORPORATION, to make preparations and to facilitate the delivery of
the services as listed under RFQ NO. 16-09-1006, effective on the date of this notice or
upon receipt thereof.
Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for the delivery of services under the
terms and conditions of the agreement and in accordance with the implementing rules
and regulations of R.A. 9184.
