To help meet the needs of all learners, learning differences, cultural and language differences, etc.
Differentiation: Directions will be given verbally, with visual aids, and in writing. Students will be allowed
to work that their own pace. Accommodations: Struggling students will be provided with exemplars that
engage their learning style.Modifications: Students with IEPs may only be required to do one color
scheme worksheet instead of three.Increases in Rigor: Students who have advanced skills will begin
work on the follow up assignment immediately, and be encouraged to select more complexe subjects.
Classroom Management
Strategies consistent with the learning needs of the lesson that also meet student behavior needs to
help keep the students on task and actively engaged.

Activities for early finishers that extend the students understanding of and thinking about the learning
