Supplementary Application Question Preview


Please note that the responses to the following questions have a character limit (and not a
word limit).
1. What in particular attracts you to WISc, and in what ways do you think WISc will change
you? (max 2000 characters)

2. What really excites you about science? (max 2000 characters)

3. Marie Curie, Richard Feynman, Rosalind Franklin and Charles Darwin each made
tremendous contributions to science by primarily working alone. So, why do you think a teambased approach to science is important today? (max 2000 characters)

4. Please list what you regard as your five most significant accomplishments, in no particular
order. Where appropriate, include your specific role. Underneath each accomplishment,
provide a reference (name, job title, and email/phone) who could verify your
accomplishment. If you do not have five, please type "not applicable" in all remaining blank
fields.
