Morgan Martucci provided evidence from lesson plans and reflections to support two teaching standards. For the first standard of curriculum, planning and assessment, Morgan explained how a lesson plan with measurable outcomes and a lesson reflection showing a well-structured lesson provided evidence. For the second standard of creating a collaborative learning environment, a lesson observation noting safety reinforcement and an assessment having students share their learning with peers provided evidence of valuing diversity and student ownership.

1. I received a 3 on the safety part of the observation. I went over safety at the beginning of the
lesson and reinforced it throughout the lesson.

the days lesson on the whiteboard and share it with the class. This makes students take
ownership of their learning.
