How to process stuck IDOC in status 64 and push to

status 53
Issue:
In one instance we had noticed that WalMart IDOCs were stucj in process status 62. And it was
taking too long or not at all processing them.

And found IDOCs list with status 64 or 51:

Resolution:
Run a special program: RBDAPP01 in t-code: SE38

And to be more effective, run them in a batch process as shown below:

List all the IDOCs that you want to process and select them in the below screen:

Execute in batch:

And check the status is: SM37

Technical / Troubleshooting:

You can use BD20 to process manually
