Jordan M. Mirador completed his on-the-job training at the Sofitel Philippine Manila Plaza in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management degree from Cavite State University. He gained experience in both the housekeeping and spiral departments. In housekeeping, he learned bed making, cleaning bathrooms and bathtubs, and conducting final checks of rooms. In the spiral department, he assisted with setting up tables with dinner plates, cutlery, and serving gear. The training helped him gain valuable hands-on experience in hotel operations and service that will benefit his future career in the hospitality industry.

BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

Jordan M. Mirador is the breadwinner in the family of Gavine Mirador and Judy Mirador.
He was born on May 31, 1990 at Quezon City. He finished his primary education at St. Therese
Learning Center, Southville, Binan, Laguna and his high school at Holy Spirit School, South
City Homes Binan, Laguna.
He is presently enrolled at the Cavite State University Carmona Campus under the
program of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He is always looking
forward to a successful career. He is determined to finish his studies to help more his family.
