Industrial Cleaning Tools - Rotary Tools: Features & Benefits

This document describes industrial rotary cleaning tools that use an air turbine motor to drive cleaning heads through tubes at high speeds, removing deposits. The tools can clean straight tubes from 0.495 to 13.225 inches and curved tubes from 0.791 to 13.225 inches. The cutting heads are designed so that each tooth contacts the tube at a slightly different point with each revolution to remove all deposits without damaging the tube. Accessories like filters and lubricators are available to suit various cleaning requirements.

Industrial Cleaning Tools - Rotary Tools

The air turbine style motor design provides an immediate and powerful startup to drive the cleaning head down the tube
at high speed, removing light to heavy deposits of scale, mud and other process residues
The range of tools cover straight tubes from .495 to 13.225 and curved from .791 to 13.225
The tools come with a choice of a wide selection of cutter heads which are manufactured to ensure that any one tooth
does not return to the same point in the tube in successive revolutions of the head. As a result, each tooth contacts at a
slightly advanced point, effectively removing all deposits but preventing a tooth design in the tube
Features & Benefits
Powerful motor design allows for immediate motor startup.
The motor requires no special tools for repair.
Armored hose design for rigidity and heat resistance
