Vision
1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to collect, analyze and define high-level needs
and features of the Stock Management System. It focuses on the capabilities needed by
the stakeholders, and the target users, and why these needs exist. The details of how the
Stock Management system fulfils these needs are detailed in the use-case and
supplementary specifications.
1.1 Purpose
Stock Management System provides the facility of automating the entire Database
system. It provides a convenient way for the company administrator to manage the
customer, suppliers, stocks etc. The system also provides convenient way for users
administrators, and customers to handle the stock in more elegant way.
1.2 Scope
Stock Management System is used by the above concern for invoice of the selling
product and stores the details about the stock details.

This includes stakeholders involved in the project, user description, product
