5.Working Conditions
a. Physical Working Conditions
-Worksite were located at Ineangan Dupax Del Norter Nueva Vizcaya.
-Very loud Noise are not allowed because it can affect costumers
service.
-Blue and White colors are intended to the working place because
other colors are being adapt by dust and other particles that can be
invinsible to see the eye that causes dirtiness.
-Music may be valid if the songs are smooth,low abd others.
a.Organzation Effort
-If there employees are suffering in stress they help him/her to
recover by telling them not to work hard and they giving a chance to have a
day off or a freetime to rest.
b.Individual Effort
-If the employess are suffering from stress they need to control
themselves not to workhard and thet get permission to leave to their boss to
rest at home.
6.Consumer Psychology
a.Marketing
-The price of the product is still standard because if the price
going higher other consumers find another company that have a low price.
b.Advertising
-Advertising to consumers like sailstalk were done because like to
add more costumers to have progression of the business.
c.Consumer Behavior
-Consumers behavior are not the same because some consumer
have decision making to made.Consumers are not the same for they want so
employess understand it and they give suggestion.
7.Business Industrial Problems
-The busuness we interview have no promotion and demotion because
it is considered a small business that it may have some few
workers.Selection may have in this business because they have freedom to
select or chooseof who will be employed to their business.
-The relationship of boss and employees have difficulties sometimes
because of having misunderstanding to reach one of them.
8.Synthesis
-The business we interviewed was considered as a small business that
it has a few workers.Employee work as they can and if they are suffering
stress or sickness the owner understand it and they give abd recommend not
to work hard and giving a time to rest and recover because they care their
employees feeling.They give bonuses as a gift of their moral
conduct.Employees and boss need to have a good relationship to have a
progression of the business because characters and attitudes affects the
progression of the business.
