Job Description:
Checking all the engines and tanks of the mineral producer.
Checking all the equipments to be used in working.
Collecting galloons on costumers houses that want to refill
mineral water.
Driving a vehicle that use as a service.
Washing and cleaning all galloons that are being collected.
Refilling mineral water to all galloons that washed and cleaned
and to be seal
after refilling
Delivering all the galloons to the costumer houses and taking the
pay of all galloons that are delivered.
Listing down of all the costumers name and the payment as a
daily record.
Cleaning the facilities of the station and service vehicle that have
been used.
Job Specification:
Interviewing the employee to know more about its personal and
information according to its personal details to have trust and information.
Introduction or training is very important to avoid failure during
working hours and to be ready.

-Personality of the workers are important because its rely
to what kinds of job.Characters of an individual workers are
not all the same,so maintaining good moral to all certain job
will affect a good relationship to all members of the business
and to avoid firing because owners dont like a bad attittudes
like theft,gumbling and other crime that affect business
progression.

:Driving test and training for at least 2 days

days to memorize the costumers location or houses.

5.Working Conditions
a. Physical Working Conditions
-Worksite were located at Ineangan Dupax Del Norter Nueva Vizcaya.
-Very loud Noise are not allowed because it can affect costumers
service.
-Blue and White colors are intended to the working place because
other colors are being adapt by dust and other particles that can be
invinsible to see the eye that causes dirtiness.
-Music may be valid if the songs are smooth,low abd others.

-Temperature must be on normal condition because if the temperature


is high it may cause engine exploition and mineral water must be stored at
normal temperature.

Stress Individual Differences:


1.Stressors
a.Work Load
-Sometimes it may have an overtime to finish the work.Even
workers are tired and still they continue to work.
b.Role Ambiguity and Role Conflict
-Sometimes workers duty are not yet done because of some
disturbance like call and text.
-Sometimes workers couldnt work because of sickness.
c.Bad Boss/Colleagus Technology
-Sometimes boss were in bad mood and they were more strick to
the workers performance and workers may stress themselves.
-Sometimes there service vehicle were having engine failure and
sometimes tire may need to fixed and it causes unusefull time.
d.Burnout
-Sometimes burnout occurs to the workers that it affects there
performance and the attitudes and also affects their social life.
Here are some examples of having burnout.
-Everyday is a bad day.
-Caring about your work seems like a total waste of enerdy
instead of caring yourself.
-Youre exhausted or overextended at all the time.
-You feel like nothing you do makes a difference or is appreciated.
2.Stress Management

a.Organzation Effort
-If there employees are suffering in stress they help him/her to
recover by telling them not to work hard and they giving a chance to have a
day off or a freetime to rest.
b.Individual Effort
-If the employess are suffering from stress they need to control
themselves not to workhard and thet get permission to leave to their boss to
rest at home.
6.Consumer Psychology
a.Marketing
-The price of the product is still standard because if the price
going higher other consumers find another company that have a low price.
b.Advertising
-Advertising to consumers like sailstalk were done because like to
add more costumers to have progression of the business.
c.Consumer Behavior
-Consumers behavior are not the same because some consumer
have decision making to made.Consumers are not the same for they want so
employess understand it and they give suggestion.
7.Business Industrial Problems
-The busuness we interview have no promotion and demotion because
it is considered a small business that it may have some few
workers.Selection may have in this business because they have freedom to
select or chooseof who will be employed to their business.
-The relationship of boss and employees have difficulties sometimes
because of having misunderstanding to reach one of them.
8.Synthesis
-The business we interviewed was considered as a small business that
it has a few workers.Employee work as they can and if they are suffering
stress or sickness the owner understand it and they give abd recommend not
to work hard and giving a time to rest and recover because they care their
employees feeling.They give bonuses as a gift of their moral
conduct.Employees and boss need to have a good relationship to have a
progression of the business because characters and attitudes affects the
progression of the business.
