performance has not been up to the levels expected from you. The same has been
conveyed to you at the time of your review. Please see attached performance
evaluation form. We therefore regret to inform you that your probation has been
extended for a further period of 6 months from September 01, 2015 to February 29,
2015.
You will next be reviewed on March 01, 2015.
All the other terms and conditions as detailed in your employment contract remain
unchanged.
