Angel: Thank you for calling Premier Beach Resort Boracay. This is Angel, how may I help you?
Lice: Hello this is Mary lice from Angeles Pampanga. I would like to reconfirm our Family Reunion's
Reservation.
Angel: When are the arriving maam?
Lice: Tomorrow at 8:00 am
Angel: Allow me to check the reservation. May I put you on hold for a while?
Lice: Okay no problem, I am willing to wait.
Angel: Thank you for waiting maam Lice. Your reservation for 1 Function hall and 4 luxury rooms for an
overnight stay is confirmed. All the rooms are under the name of Mr. Aquino and the function hall is
under the name of Mr. Bolton. All the rooms are fully air conditioned. And the function hall has a 4 long
tables with a 10 chairs each long table.
Lice: Yes that is right.
Angel: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Lice: Yes, I would like to add some extra pillows for our 4 rooms reservation.
Angel: How many pillows maam?
Lice: 2 more pillows for every room. So I will add 8 more pillows for a total.
Angel: Okay maam that will cost you for additional 400php.
Lice: Okay no problem. Please put that cost under the name of Mr. Bolton.
Angel: Do you need something else maam? We have a buffet every morning and it will cost you for
359php per head. Would you like to avail that?
Lice: No. That would be all Angel. Thank you.
Angel: Okay maam. You will receive a free drinks before you come in in our resort. See you tomorrow.
