Note:
Applicant is requested to note the OTPR Reference ID generated after sucessful registration for
future proceedings.
As filling of OTPR form is taking more time, measures are taken to ensure ease in filling the
same by limiting the form with the necessary fields
These details are sufficient for the applicants to apply for various Direct Recruitment Screening
Tests.However, applicants selected for Mains need to furnish the remaining details prior to
respective Main exam.
OTPR once Registered Successfully is treated as Confirmed, No further Confirmation of
Registrations is Required.
Due to heavy traffic on the site the light version for Edit OTPR registration has been enabled.
The full version will be enabled again once the online Application submissions for GROUP-II
Notification ends.

Instructions for Photograph
Before filling up the application form ,the candidate should have a scanned image of his/her photograph and
signature. These scanned images are to be uploaded during the submission of application form. The photograph
should be in colour or b/w (but clear contrast) with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph
printed on it . It should be without cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed. Polaroid photos are not acceptable.
To be uploaded during the submission of online application form
Photograph 50KB in size and [3.5cmx4.5cm] in dimension should have the name of the candidate and the date on
which the photograph is taken printed on it.
Signature of the candidate shall be scanned 30KB in size and [3.5cmx1.5cm] in dimension separately and
uploaded here.
