!1
Overall Frame of the 6 Sessions Program

Status at the start of this 6 Session Plan:

6 Sessions Plan starts in the second part of the season, after winter break, 3rd session.

Players are back from winter break - We expect 80% of the same players.

Group age Under13 - Rugby practice from 1 Year up to 6 Years.

Group is heterogeneous with various individual & unit skills demonstrated.

Player assessment to be done in the coming session - Possibility to create 2 groups of skills level during individual skills practice.

Session Frame
Implicit game situation during Warm Ups when possible.

From Simple Unit Situation to Individual skills and back to Unit Skills.
Introduce P.O.A & P.O.D in a simple understandable manner for my team age group.

Step by step introduction of FR in simple situations.

The Session plan is ambitious but it will be pitched according to the reaction and assimilation process of the players.

Each drill is run for 10 to 15 min maximum to retain maximum attention from players of this age.

Game at the end of each session is definitely the reward for good training. Let them play!

Post Session Self Reflection: Ok session delivery from my part.

However, I should have concentrate only on the drift defence drill as it was the first time my players were introduced to this concept, and spend
more time on it. This session must be repeated for some parts of it. Team was having real fun during team play. After 6 sessions, I am getting more
and more on the Key Factor which was one of my area of improvement. Keep it up!
