In leadership roles extroverts with their
energy connection to people , achieve
engagement and enthusiasm are noticed
more than introverts who are typically more
reserved but still have lots of qualities to be
an effective leader . Extroverts get attention
while introverts prefer to get achievement .
Both extroverts and introverts can become
effective leader by using their abilities
properly, overcoming their problem applying
technique and considering situations.

SUMMARY
People expects and imaging leaders as a dynamic
and who can cultivate relationship with a broad
number of people . These are all hull marks of the
extroverted personality. So it is mostly seen that
extroverts rise to leadership. Though extroverts
sounds like wonderfully interactive people , a dark
side also emerge . Though extroverts have lots of
quality to become leader but in many situations
introverts suits well performs better and makes
better leadership . In fact introverts leaders can be
more effective than extroverts in certain
circumstances. Extroverts can make a good
leadership if they can overcome their problems on

if they find out an alternative way to cover their
