this is a legally binding document duly incorporated by

responsibility of the citizens to inform themselves as to
the laws that are enacted in the United States of America
and in the states and cities contained therein.

PHCC NSPC (2009), the National Standard Plumbing
Code as incorporated and mandated by the State
of New Jersey in the New Jersey Administrative
Code, 5:23-3.15(a)(1).
