INSTRUCTIONS :
1. 1.Expenditure specified above from item no 1 to 4 are admissible for computer lab Practicals and other
expenditure from item 5&6 are also admissible for science Practicals whoever applicable.
2. 2.No other expenditure whatsoever and whatever be the cause or necessity will be accepted by the University.
3. 3.Any excess claims will be recovered from the chief superintendent with interest.
4. 4.The claim bills should be in the proper format and duly signed.
5. 5.The chief superintendents are requested to adhere to the instructions carefully and to ensure that the claims
are made as per the rates(revised 2013)prescribed by the TANSCHE and approved by the syndicate of the
Thiruvalluvar University.
