Micro Teaching Grading Rubric

This rubric evaluates micro teaching sessions based on 8 components: knowledge of subject matter, communication skills, method of presentation, use of audiovisual aids, voice, visual contact, professional appearance and conduct. For each component, teachers can score from 1-4, with 4 being superior demonstration of the component and 1 being very poor demonstration. The rubric is used to provide feedback to teachers on their teaching skills.
