The Government of Telangana State has accorded administrative


sanction for Construction of Two BHK Dwelling Units (DUs) of G+3 &
Cellar+Stilt+9 floors in 18 locations, 5050 Dwelling units (Cellar+Stilt+9
floors in 13 locations, 4164 DUs and Ground+3 floors in 5 locations, 886
DUs) of GHMC area) vide G.O.Ms no 586 MA&UD (M1) Dept. dt: 26-08-
2016 and relaxation was issued in G.O.Ms.No.221 MA & UD (M1) Dept.
dt:22-08-2016, with a aim to provide a healthy urban environment duly
providing an adequate shelter along with basic infrastructural facilities.
It is integrated development by providing housing with related
infrastructure to the proposed colony like water supply, CC roads &
drains, and other amenities like street lighting etc.

Name of the Circle / Ward/AC : Kapra / Mallapur/Uppal

Proposed Number of Houses : 176

Number of Blocks : 11 blocks
