INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Steve Jobs


y Harvey of the crime of Qualified Theft committed as follows:

That on or about December 25, 2016, in the City of Bacolod,


Philippines, the said accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, with intent of gain and without the knowledge and consent of
the owner thereof, take, steal and carry away Pink Toyota Fortuner with
plate No. FHM 111 along with some jewelries worth P1,000,000.00,
belonging to Pia Papaya y Wurtzbach, to the damage and prejudice of said
owner, in the aforesaid amount of P3, 000,000.00, Philippine currency.

That in the commission of the said offense, the said accused


committed grave abuse of confidence, he being then employed as a driver of
the Pia Papaya y Wurtzbach, at the time, and as such, had free access to the
place where the property stolen were kept.

Contrary to law.
