Appetizers
As tasty as theyve always been

Tequeos
Stuffed with cheese, with homemade guacamole with a spicy touch.

Anticuchos de Corazon (heart skewers)


Classic style with deep fried potatoes and seasoned with Panca spicy
sauce.

Papa rellena (stuffed potato)


With juicy and tasty beef in creole dressing and Panca spicy sauce.

Papa a la huancaina
Yellow potatoes covered with creamy yellow chili sauce and peasant
cheese

Wantan
Stuffed with chicken and pork, with tamarind sauce

Anticuchos de corvina (croaker skewers)


Classic style with deep fried potatoes and seasoned with Panca spicy
sauce.

Pollo capon (castrated poultry)


Chicken rinds marinated in Chinese cinnamon, soy sauce and ginger;
served with lime sauce.

Lurin
Typical Peruvian pork rind boiled and grilled finished, served with
potatoes (anticucheras typical Peruvian style)

Pulpo al Olivo (Olive octopus)


Tenderly cooked in black olive mayonnaise

Conchitas a la parmesana ( Parmesan seashells)
