ABSTRACT:

The main aim of this project is to develop the foot operated sprayer to decrease
the human effort in the agriculture to spray pesticides. In agriculture formers are sprays
costlier pesticides to protect their seasonal as well as annual crops from insects and virus. In
this project the foot operated agricultural sprayer will be develop to decrease effort in the foot
operation of spraying. Old model foot operated sprayer is operating by single foot with
standing only, so the whole effort is on single leg of the sprayer operator either left or right
side leg. The old model foot operated sprayer takes more time to spray pesticides and wastage
of pesticide. To overcome this problems the old model foot operated sprayer will be develop
to reduce operator effort, time, and pesticides wastage. In this project frame and pump
fabrication of sprayer will do. Here the crank mechanism is use to transfer motion from
sprayer operator foot to pump piston through crank system. Here rotary motion is converted
into linear motion. It is easy to maintain for formers and useful for spraying.
