Cylinder Drying Ranges are the simplest but amongst the most important machines used in Textile
Process House.

The cylinders can be installed in stacks of 6-8-10-12 cylinders and with one-two-three or more stac
form a range.

High Speed Drying Ranges are usually provided with an AC inverter controlled drive with a Flat Be
Chain and Sprocket drive to the Individual cylinder.

Efficient condensate removal from the cylinders through a well designed trapping system, coupled
dry saturated steam feeding, ensures excellent performance of the Cylinder Drying range. SWAST
Cylinder Drying Ranges are equipped with Rotary joints of adequate size for steam feeding and
condensate removal (from both sides of the wider-width ranges) and a specially designed TRAPPIN
SYSTEM with individual traps for efficient removal of condensate water. This results in highest ope
efficiency.

Good mechanical design, coupled with maximum cylinder surface utilization ensures lower energy
consumption and higher efficiency.

HTHP Vertical Dyeing Machines

We specialize in manufacturing the complete range of yarn dyeing machine like


vertical dyeing machines, textile dyeing machines of varying capacities up-to 1000
Kgs per batch. These textile dyeing machines can be used for dyeing all kind of
textile materials including cotton, polyster, wool, acrylic, nylon, viscose and more.

consistent liquid circulation and dye exhaustion. The most important feature of the
machine is high capacity circulation pump of low noise, which is directly coupled to

Our vertical dyeing machineries are capable of


processing textile materials in any form with
appropriate carriers and variable loading facility at
almost constant liquor ratio.

These yarn dyeing machines are available in either


airpad or fully flooded version with fully automatic or
semiautomatic mode of control, by microprocessor
based specially developed PLC with live Mimic.

The machines are designed for short liquor dyeing process with airpad, at a
liquor ratio of 1:3.5 to 1:6.

HTHP Horizontal Tabular Dyeing Machines

We have designed and developed economical and eco-friendly horizontal, tabular


type HTTP yarn dyeing machine of capacity from 20 kgs up-to 240 Kgs/batch. These
yarn dyeing machinery work on very low liquor ratio from 1:3 to 1:5 depending on
the nature of yarn and loading factor. Low liquor ratio results in proportionately
large savings of water, heat energy, chemicals and effluent treatment cost besides
savings in capital cost of water softening plant, boiler and effluent treatment plant.

Application :Machine is suitable for dyeing all types yarn in package form. It is also
suitable for dyeing zipper tapes, small width fabrics and warp beams.

Heat exchanger is coil type, directly fitted inside the color addition tank

HTHP Pilot Dyeing Machines

HTHP Beaker Dyeing Machine


High in efficiency, our glycerine bath beaker dyeing machines are available with 12
beakers of 250 CC capacity or 6 beakers of 500 CC. These beakers are perfectly
sealed with pressure tight caps having teflon gaskets. Highly robust in structure, the
tank of the machines are fabricated of stainless steel - 14 swg sheets and have a
cradle to hold 12 beakers inside the tank suspended on a center shaft driven by
0.5HP/32 rpm motor. All the beakers of the machines are made of stainless steel
bars and have no welds or joint. The use of stainless steel bars to fabricate beakers
ensure long life and leak proof service even after many years of use.

Hot Air Dryer

We specialize in manufacturing chamber type forced circulation Hot Air Dryer. These
hot air dryer machines are used for quick and efficient drying of yarn packages from
capacity 25 Kgs/ batch to 500 Kgs /batch as per customer's requirement.

Salient Features :
Our recirculatory hot air dryer-chamber type for yarn in packages, is an economical
alternative to RF dryer . It is recirculatory type for higher thermal efficiency. The
machine is fully controlled via programmer. Drying cycle for cotton is 41/2 hours.
The hot air dryer machine consists of:
Cabinet: Fabricated from heavy duty angle Frame
with gauge S.S.Sheet inside and M.S.Sheet from
outside with powder coating.

Door : Double walled door constructed from 18 swg.


Sheet with heavy duty hinges and latch
arrangement. Asbestos gasket is fitted to door to
prevent loss of heat.

Insulation : Cabinet and door are insulated by


50mm thick, Glass wool.

Blower Fan : A centrifugal blower fitted with extension shafting connected to


motor. The blower force circulates hot air through the yarn packages and the
exhaust is partly recirculated. The blower motor is fitted with A.C. inverter
drive for soft start and flow control.

Radiator : Steam or thermik fluid Radiators are provided to heat the


chamber temperature upto 120C. Hot air generator working on LPG/CNG can
also be supplied where required.

Temperature Control : Microprocessor based time-temperature


programmer is provided to control the inlet air temperature and temperature
indicator for outlet air.

Control panel : Electric control panel is provided complete with switches,


indication lamps and MCB's.

S.S. rectangular Trolley carrier with poles and special locking nuts for loading

Autoclaves for Heat Setting

Radio Frequency Dryer


In a radio frequency heating/drying system, the RF generator creates an alternating
electric field between two electrodes. The material to be heated / dried is conveyed
between the electrodes, where an alternating energy field causes polar molecules in
the material to continuously reorient them to face opposite electrodes much like the
way bar magnets move to face opposite poles in an alternating magnetic field.

Working :
The system consists of high pressure (70-100 bar) ceramic plunger pump that
transfer the Grade 3 filtered water to the spray nozzle, through high pressure
copper tubes. The spray nozzle produces 5 billion atomized particles 3-15 mecrious
in diameters easily gasifiable, so textile machines wont be effected. The RH is
accurately and automatically maintained with the aid of humidity sensors,
frequency converter, PLC and live monitor.

This system is 100 times more efficient than traditional ionic pump and 10 times
more efficient than Centrifugal and gas water mixed pumps.

It Does not require supplementary equipment like air compressor and cooling
Towers/chillers. Uses tap water. Lowers the temperature in summer (ad dice in the
tank). The system is available in different models and configuration to cover areas
50-8000M2

Recommended for complete spinning mills from ginning and blow room to post
spinning, weaving mills & knitting units, Yarn conditioning departments & yarn

The DEVREKHA Multi - Nozzle Low/High temp. Dyeing technology work as a soft flow as
well as jet dyeing machine. The main advantage of this development is to increase machine
flexibility/ versatility to process all types of fabrics.

In this new technical development, the nozzle 3 & 4 are big diameter and fix nozzle with
indviduel flow control valve. The 1st main nozzle is adjustable. By increasing and decreasing the
gap of nozzle, flow and pressure will be increase and decrease as per fabric quality demand. To
run this machine as a soft flow machine, increase the gap that decrease the pressure and increase
water flow, at that time all three nozzles are working as a soft flow and water flow control
individually by control valve as per fabric quality demand.

To run machine as a jet dying machine, decrease the gap of nozzle, that increase the pressure and
decrease the water flow. That time soft-nozzle control valve are close.

PLC Automatic Operator System

Open Width
Compactor OC 400 is suitable for open width knit fabrics to achieve exact
dimensional stability and a soft feel. The machine generally consists of a feeding
frame with centering device and driven scroll rollers, an equalizing stenter frame
with overfeed roller and brush pinning arrangement.

The entry section of Pin Frame is provided with edge spreaders IR In-Feed device, an
S.S. fabricated steaming unit for uniform moistening of the fabric. The Steaming
Device has stainless steel sliding shutters that allow steam to flow only as per the
width of the fabric.

A low contact Glueing and Drying unit is provided with a stainless steel trough. Four
selvedge drying units with infra-Red emitters are placed on either side of the
machine. The delivery side section consists of edge dryer, Selvedge trimmer and a
suction device, Exit roller, Width Adjustment device and the drive to the chain are
housed in a exit box.

The compacting unit consists of 2 felt compacting units, each of them consisting of
a Nomex felt approx. 20 mm thick, a steam heated chrome-plated center roller of
dia. 400 mm, a rubber covered roller driven by variable frequency drive, a
compacting pressure roller, a felt tensioning roller and a felt centering roller. Each
unit is provided with a special anti-fiction sheet type shoe controlled by an electrical
actuator to control the compressive shrinkage. A fabric cooling roller is provided
after second felt to cool the fabric by means of chilled water circulation. Fabric
Tension through the machine is controlled with the help of sensitive load cells and
variable frequency drive with PLC and touch screen.

The fabric is fed through the guiding system and stretcher which then takes the
fabric through the steam box onto the felt of the twin compacting units.

At the fabric delivery, the machine is equipped with a precision plaiting device with
its platform. The height of the platform is controlled automatically and is adjustable
according to the plaited fabric height.
Open Width
Compactor OC 400 is suitable for open width knit fabrics to achieve exact
dimensional stability and a soft feel. The machine generally consists of a feeding
frame with centering device and driven scroll rollers, an equalizing stenter frame
with overfeed roller and brush pinning arrangement.

The entry section of Pin Frame is provided with edge spreaders IR In-Feed device, an
S.S. fabricated steaming unit for uniform moistening of the fabric. The Steaming
Device has stainless steel sliding shutters that allow steam to flow only as per the
width of the fabric.

A low contact Glueing and Drying unit is provided with a stainless steel trough. Four
selvedge drying units with infra-Red emitters are placed on either side of the
machine. The delivery side section consists of edge dryer, Selvedge trimmer and a
suction device, Exit roller, Width Adjustment device and the drive to the chain are
housed in a exit box.

The compacting unit consists of 2 felt compacting units, each of them consisting of
a Nomex felt approx. 20 mm thick, a steam heated chrome-plated center roller of
dia. 400 mm, a rubber covered roller driven by variable frequency drive, a
compacting pressure roller, a felt tensioning roller and a felt centering roller. Each
unit is provided with a special anti-fiction sheet type shoe controlled by an electrical
actuator to control the compressive shrinkage. A fabric cooling roller is provided
after second felt to cool the fabric by means of chilled water circulation. Fabric
Tension through the machine is controlled with the help of sensitive load cells and
variable frequency drive with PLC and touch screen.
