With the different frameworks of KM competencies, I guess I


could characterize myself more as "The Saint". It is because I
personally think that I'm highly motivated and I'm willing to
make extra effort to support KM initiatives and I can undertake
measures to make sure they turn into reality.

My role in the organization as of now is like a student willing to


learn from my mentors and also tries to help myself learn from
observations. Based on my observations so far, I can tell that
some of my senior nurses adopt the framework of KM, for
example my Team Leader adopts the "organization chef; my
nurse supervisor adopts "the diplomat" and my chief nurse
adopts "the transformer." I can't actually say if there are
framework missing in my company since I am new there (less
than a month) and I still haven't had an ample time to explore
every aspect of the environment and personality of the staffs.

What I've learned from the video is that, there are certain roles
that each employee can play and also different frameworks
that can be applicable to them in a unique way. It would depend
on what their personality is and how they may characterize
themselves to the framework. I also learned that one can work
his/her way up to which framework he/she desires to adopt. KM
is an interconnection of people working together for the
betterment of their company. Every framework must be present
in the company to ensure its success in the long run.
