A good example of full disclosure regarding repairs on vehicle. This type of letter allows the seller defense against any future claims from the buyer, especially within the initial and legislated 6 month 'warranty' period.

Good day Emmanuel;

I am not a car dealer or lawyer, and this sounds so blunt, but kindly read through this mail
carefully and in its full capacity.

Attached is the standard sale agreement.

Disclosures in Good Faith

1. The car is fully paid up, with no amount owing for any repair, replacement or finance
agreement.
2. The car is being sold as is, and reference should be made to the following disclosures.
A. The petrol pump has been refurbished. The wiring that leads from the housing to the
ecu was to be done by me, but will now be undertaken by yourself, at the cost quoted on
by a technician of your choosing.
B. The thermostat housing has been replaced.
C. The coil pack has been replaced.
D. The clutch has been replaced, but with a generic part, hence the clutch pedal is a lot
softer as you felt this morning.
E. There are light bulbs that need to be replaced for the front headlight, and rear tail light,
a cost on your behalf.
F. The car has been fully serviced by an RMI Approved Dealer. I will provide receipt of
this if required.
G. The car has no spare tyre, and will be a cost on your behalf.
H. The ABS light for some apparent reason remains on.
I. The car was to be sold with a warranty, to be paid by me, in good faith, for three
months; you mentioned that cost will be undertaken by you.

Hence you now have full disclosure of the details and condition of the car, and should
you agree to the transaction, any costs that arise from negligence, accident, wear and tear
or otherwise, are for your cost and absolve me of any liability going forward.

In Sincerity,

Sherman Kasaval.
