Fire alarm system (Conventional type) is to be checked approved by HES and the detailed zone drawings
(as built) along with operational manual to be submitted to Project/ HSE dept. for records

2. Owners Engineer to maintain the close out records for each observations
where OE service is available and shall submit the report to DPC HSE Dept
for review.
3. DPC Dept. Representatives/Head shall close-out the report after review from
DPC HSE Dept. and submit the final close-out report to DPC-HSE Dept. for
records.
